Abdication by Informed Risk-Taker of Right to Litigate

Any individual who engages in an activity he knows to be dangerous to life or limb, abdicates the right to litigate cases wherein the potentialities of which he is aware and/or has been informed come to pass through no malicious wrongdoing on the part of others.
