Separation of Military from Domestic Law Enforcement

No soldier can act as a domestic law enforcement officer, or in any way be made to discharge official duties which involve control over domestic citizenry, either within the nation or abroad.

No soldier can train domestic law enforcement officers except voluntarily, while off duty, and without any official involvement by the military.

No one who has been a soldier can work as a domestic law enforcement officer within the nation.
