On Extradition

A citizen cannot be extradited to a foreign nation.   The courts of this nation are required to cooperate with foreign states at their behest, to allow fair trial in a domestic court for actions taken in foreign nations and unlawful according to domestic law.   Such trials are to be conducted strictly according to domestic law, as though the action were taken domestically.
